Welcome to FOMAA

We the people of Indian origin from the state of kerala, began migrating in large number to the United States in the 1970’s. Since then, our number has grown significantly, and we have become a prosperous and identifiable community. Now it is our duty to become a vibrant community that serve all keralites and participate in and contribute to the mainstream of america life. And therefore, we constitute ourselves as a federation of Malayalees and Kerala Organizations/Associations for the service of all Keralites, and people in Americas.

FOMAA Objective

  • To organize and co-ordinate social,culture,charitable and educational activities on national level for the benifit of its members;
  • To organize conventions of malayalees;
  • To educate the youth of Kerala orgin and provide them a social forum to experience and appreciate the richness of Kerala/Indian culture.
  • To take a leading role in propagating Malayalam language and Kerala culture in North America;
  • To organize and co-ordinate activities that will promote medical, social, and economic development of Kerala/India;
  • To foster understanding and friendship among various Indian organization, especially Malayaalee organization, and coordinate activities of common interest;
  • To represent the intrest of Kerala community in America and serve as its voice.
  • To soliciate, raise funds and donations to carry out the above and other worthy humanitarian charitable causes.
